Yoga is for everyone, it is not restricted for anyone. Anyone can join online yoga classes regardless of age and get benefitted. These classes will be accessible from any location through laptops, monitors, mobiles, tabs via the internet. After each session, Q&A sessions will be there where students can get answers to their queries. Our high quality online sessions are as good as offline sessions. 

Pre-requisites for Online Yoga Classes :

Age: We teach yoga postures with great care which makes our sessions suitable for all ages.

Injuries or medical conditions: If you have any injuries or health conditions, we advice you to consult with your doctor before practicing yoga or any exercise.

 Instructor's qualifications: Look for instructors with certifications or experience in teaching yoga.

Pre-post natal yoga(Pregnancy Yoga) & Garbhasanskar

We provide both high quality  online & offline pre-post natal yoga classes.

In this program we provide trimester wise yoga module for pregnant mother along with lifestyle modification and  knowledge of garbhasanskaar, women related issues, pregnancy related issues  to keep the mother and baby in the womb heathy. We shall also provide elementary knowledge about anatomy and physiology, yoga and Ayurveda, diet, do's & don'ts  during pregnancy. The program is aiming to promote maternal and infant wellness across the whole life cycle, from preconception to postpartum. Through yogic practice, a woman can strengthen her bond to her entire being: her physical self, her mental and emotional selves, and her spiritual self.

COACHING/PREPARATION CLASSES FOR YCB( Level 1/2/3/4) EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED BY YCB, MINISTRY OF AYUSH

The YCB exam stands for Yoga Certification Board exam. It's a standardized assessment offered by the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy) in India to certify yoga professionals at different levels.


The YCB exam is conducted by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), which is constituted under the Quality Council of India (QCI). It aims to standardize yoga education and training in India and ensure that yoga professionals possess the necessary skills and knowledge to teach yoga safely and effectively.


There are six levels of YCB certification:
