In this program we provide trimester wise yoga module for pregnant mother along with lifestyle modification and knowledge of garbhasanskaar, women related issues, pregnancy related issues to keep the mother and baby in the womb heathy. We shall also provide elementary knowledge about anatomy and physiology, yoga and Ayurveda, diet, do's & don'ts during pregnancy.
