6 am - 7.30 am: Hatha Yogic Asana Practice, Breathing Techniques, Loosening Exercises, Surya Namaskara (Sunrise time), Relexation Techniques.


7.30 am - 8.30 am: Pranayama and Meditation Practice.


8.30 am - 9.30am: Break Fast.


9.30am - 10.30am: Theory class: Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Sutra, Hatha Yogic Texts, Scriptures etc.


10.30 am - 11.30 am: Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Therapy etc


11.30 am - 12.00 pm: Break


12.00 pm - 1.00 pm: Teaching Practice, Lesson Plan- Hatha Yoga


1.00 pm - 2.00 pm: Lunch Break.


2.00 pm - 3.00 pm: Evening Break/ Rest


3.00 pm - 4.15 pm: Ashtanga Vinyasa- Primary Series Asana Practice, Flow practice.
